Driver pulled out on me and stole my parking space I was reversing into got out and strolled along like he owned the place

Complete idiot in a Nissan pickup, running red lights at the junctions around Warrington and swerving all over the road without any signals at all. Tried to run me and another van off the road. Next time you want to change lane, check there isn't a vehicle already alongside you and use your indicators to signal your intentions to other road users before you cause an accident.
