Kia Ceed driving out of Lancs. At the very last second they switch lanes to go back in to Lancs instead of on to Aldi, cutting in front of a car as they do so & get beeped at. They then park outside a coffee shop & go in, parking on the main road instead of going in to a nearby car park.

Tailgating, dangerous overtaking. Tries to block traffic at the lights by waiting after they turned green. No respect for other road users.

Seen this guy around Bedmo a few times and he's really dangerous. Should not be driving with that attitude.
