Driver crashed onto the back of a van before fleeing, making it a hit n run (there's video evidence but I need permission from a friend before posting it anywhere) the police have been informed.

Another who thinks it's ok to drive while on the phone.
All while the road has been resurfaced too & slow speed markings are out.

Shouting harassing comments to pedestrians is rather disgusting behaviour. Would recommend you don't have a large plate across the front of your car when you wish to do this
