Seen this corsa driving rather slowly possibly due to the car full of 13 year olds and the trail of oil behind him. possibly as slow as the owner.

Lane hogger. Also speeds up to over 100mph if someone goes in the left lane at fear of being undertaken and their ego being hurt. Weird guy.
