People complaining on how loud his car is... Just let him do his thing. If he's a car modder, then let him be a car modder. Nothing wrong with that? Second of all, it's a 1.4 Ibiza. You gotta use the power all the time to get moving. Trust me, I've owned a 1.2 Ibiza I had to do the exact same thing. Unless you have actual pictures or videos of his poor driving, don't waste your time just because he has a loud exhaust system.
