A foreign looking bearded male was tailgating me in a 20 zone in the West End part of Morecambe.
He appeared to be looking down a lot but I could clearly see him on his mobile when I had to slow down and then stop due to a queue of traffic at the West End Road junction with Euston Road.
Using his mobile made his driving dangerous with the tailgating he did.

There is no video or photo of this nutter, but if you live near Luton, be mindful of this idiot. He dangerously overtook many vehicles and nearly ran over a pedestrian. He then has the audacity to wave his hands at me when I been at his stupid and dangerous driving. The car is a Volvo S80. Only cares about himself and dosent care about the danger he put himself and others in.
