No contest - cyclist fault - the defender is touching the verge the cyclist a good foot or so away - clearly fell off way after the defender passed anyway... Should learn how to dismount a bike.
'Miley, of Ashby St Ledgers, was fined, received five points on his driving licence and was ordered to pay £100 in costs and a £101 victim surcharge after pleading guilty to driving without due care or attention at Northampton Magistrates Court.'
- He (the driver) also pleaded guilty. Ignore the trolls on AOL and here.
In my opinion there is no doubt: the driver was fined and for good reason. If you don't understand the need to slow down and give space then you shouldn't be driving. The rules are clear on this.
p.s. No need to blame anyone for Brexit and no need to victim blame the cyclist, either.
FAO trolls. Getting your sock-puppets and like-minded morons to down-vote comments does not impede proper users from seeing you for what you are.. if anything it outs your even quicker.
cyclist falls off her bike as Land Rover Defender passes her on country lane. The driver is fined £1,000 despite not even touching her - so who do YOU think was in the wrong?
Your question should be how much room you are required to give them. If you were a competent driver you'd know the answer. Seems that all you'd doing here is victim-blaming.. and failing badly.
even i the wild wind could do a better job ur so fat u act like a sail one puff and ur blown over
