Bell roundabout London Colney. I was in the outside lane going straight across, this car was in the inside lane wanting to exit at the first roundabout which they didn't indicate for and I didn't know until they cut across in front of me going about 50mph and missed hitting my car by about an inch. Never been so terrified in my life. Dangerous driving on such a busy roundabout during morning rush hour. Could have waited, should have used indicators and should have been more patient and moved to the correct lane earlier.
