Yep, just another road user being a dick. He'll know about it when he hits a bump and ends up with an expensive dental bill. I ride a bike sometimes and I've had my share of how can I put it disagreements with people being idiots on bikes. The last one being some dick over-taking me and doing a wheelie whilst I was on my bike signaling right. This in a busy car park. The hardest bit? I'll admit: not punching them in the face. Because in cases like that, their actions aren't simply a mistake, they are blatant. Just the same as dicks in cars using them as weapons. Like cactus trees, pricks come in all shapes and sizes.........

Blue Ford Focus driving unnecessarily slowly (about 12 mph in 20 mph limit) for a mile from High Street to Parks Road, Oxford, braking unnecessarily and veering erratically left and right, often into cycle lane, making it unsafe to pass.

I cycle and drive. Seen worse.

Looks to me like the driver was trying to keep some distance between their car and the other cyclists. The dotted cycle lane is also advisory, but I agree there are times when they're veering across, into the lane, with you approaching.

The driver might come from a country where the limit is treated as just that, a limit - not a goal. So yes I am going out on a limb and making a guess: a tourist who in their own country drives slower and uses an automatic, left-hand-drive car. Someone who may be new to the area and/or lost.

Yes, their driving seems a little erratic. They tend to speed up mainly on the straight. But I tell you this mate, I'd rather have someone like this than some complete asshole trying to over-take me at every opportunity..just my two cents.
