Here's a question - why do people seem to think that it's okay to cut someone up when joining a dual carriage way? Just because they don't want to spend 5 seconds behind a lorry. And then when they cut you up, they insist on driving a 10mph below the speed limit.
And even after the event, they insist on lane hogging, right to the point that even the lorry was telling them to get over...

It’s fairly standard in the uk. BMW and Audi drivers get a dented ego if they’re not in the outside lane as quickly as possible. Probably watched a bit of F1 on tv and are now racing drivers.
