Seen on 14/12/2015, 08:25 on A338 in East Hanney driving towards Wantage, speeding and overtaking 3 cars in 30mph limit followed by aggressive tailgating.

Witnessed this 'driver' overtake me at 60+ on a 30, then proceed to perform four separate illegal overtaking manoeuvres. Narrowly avoided an accident each time, oncoming had to take evasive action. Where was he twenty minutes later? Two cars in front, that's where.
