I'm guessing those who have already commented failed to notice
overtaking on double solid white lines
Farmer needs to lose their driving licence before they kill someone but sadly we live in a pc brigade era whereby he'll get a verbal warning, no caution, no record so that when he does it again and kills someone it'll be his first offence
