Law says that if you start to cross they "MUST" give way; this regardless of whether they have the brains to know what indicators are for. This loudmouth might just turn up again..next time on video. Perhaps it would do them a power of good especially when the police can put a face to a moron behind the wheel..

Driver swerved off A2 on to Waller Road at speed and without indicating, cutting the corner as I was crossing the junction on foot. He pulled over - unprompted - to yell abuse and swear at me. I caught the registration but not the company on the side of the van, unfortunately.
