Hump-Back Bridge

Approaching a humpback bridge – check mirrors and slow down. You cannot see over the bridge so assume that something will be approaching at speed from the other side. You must be prepared to stop within the distance you can see to be clear. On your final approach give a toot on the horn and be prepared to stop – keep your eye on the limit point. Creep and peep until you can see that the road ahead is clear, then check your mirrors and make progress to a safe speed.

Do NOT go too fast over a bridge when you can not see the over side.

Also I suggest you dump you ignorant arrogant aggressive boyfriend before he starts assaulting you (if he is not already doing so)

Oh, and to the passenger. Think you have the right to use violence against pedestrians going about their lawful business? You thought wrong. Not only that, but your intended victim will also then be fully withing THEIR rights to kick 6 more shades of shit out of you in response, if need be. Whatever it takes to deal with you. Many people also have cameras these days, and your reg is on file here in the public domain. Keep these things in mind, if you can.

Thanks very much for your response. If what you say is true then it would appear HE shouldn't be on the road; not with that attitude. A Public Order Offense at the least by the sound of it.

Hopefully they'll both read this report and learn something. Failing that, I hope the next thing 'in their way' is a brick wall. Least then nobody else will get injured at their expense..

Well said. Nice clear instructions. There's some real idiot drivers out there. What did the male partner do to come across as aggressive? This is also why I make sure I always have a camera at hand. Hope you are alright now. Take care.
