Blocked me in my car and threatened to "knock my block off" in Tesco Beverley car park in May 2015. Got out his car with his first clenched up to my window. Partner was also verbally abusive in car. Police made aware and issued him with an informal warning. Clearly a menace.

Just laugh at them and continually blast the horn.. all they can do is rage (in addition to making idle threats).
