When you pull a 3 point turn (or any manouvre) you need to check your mirrors first.
The driver in this video didn't, and would have been at fault if the other car had hit them.
One day, after you've played with your hot-wheels lots and lots, you'll be old enough to drive a real car and understand grown-up stuff.

There was nothing wrong with the U Turn IMHO and was a fairly reasonable choice to make considering the amount of traffic (unless there were signs stating No U Turns)

AJ52 VGP - The selfish school parking at Shelford School is thoughtless enough, but add evening peak time traffic and school play/pantomime silly season and you have the perfect traffic jam storm.
After 15 minutes of moving a few feet, I decided to turn around and find another way only to be confronted by a BMW blocking my route back, obstructing the lane.
