No, It's just yet another incident at those annoying UK roundabouts. Designing this kind of roundabouts is just asking for trouble. The internet is litterally littered with videos of this type of incidents.
Long live the car, ditch the bicycles and motorbikes, spend tax money on roundabouts of 150m diameter with 3 lanes to make sure that cars don't have to slow down at intersections.
Luckily I don't live in the UK...
