I was travelling eastbound on the Motorway at the national speed limit (70mph) in the left-hand lane. The suspect vehicle, White BMW (AN71 FEM) approached behind at high speed - estimated over 105mph, and was tailgating within less than one car length.
The driver continued tailgating despite heavy traffic. When traffic slowed due to a roundabout, the driver accelerated aggressively into the offside lane to overtake two vehicles, cutting in tightly in front of a white van, nearly causing a collision. The driver then continued to weave through lanes without signaling.
The number plate was also illegally spaced appearing as AN71FEM, however it should be AN71 FEM.
