Do the police not see the car failing to give way? What about driving on the opposite side of the road to yell abuse/lies at a vulnerable road user? These aren't fallacies..they're clearly shown, on video. I wouldn't settle for community "resolution" or any form of milking crime statistics: I'd start with a gofundme for a private prosecution and I'd also complain about the above, to the IPCC. Prick drivers take note: just because you might think you can get way with blue murder..doesn't mean you can. Those days are long gone.

Just because you claim to have gotten away with minor scrapes in no way lessens the seriousness of this incident. Please, complain to the officer in charge and if you are not satisfied with the outcome, the IPCC - get everything in writing and if it's via phone call, make sure it's recorded. get all names of contact.
