Do the police not see the car failing to give way? What about driving on the opposite side of the road to yell abuse/lies at a vulnerable road user? These aren't fallacies..they're clearly shown, on video. I wouldn't settle for community "resolution" or any form of milking crime statistics: I'd start with a gofundme for a private prosecution and I'd also complain about the above, to the IPCC. Prick drivers take note: just because you might think you can get way with blue murder..doesn't mean you can. Those days are long gone.

........so the cyclist is blameless? I think not. He adopted the centre of the road way before he should’ve in order to turn right. Why? Because he knew the black car was coming up behind him and so goaded the driver in to a confrontation! Unfortunately, the driver was stupid enough and took the bait.
But then who’s screaming like a child and punching the vehicle when he instigated the whole thing? You guessed it.....cycle boy! Muppets. The lot of them.

Carry-on-cycling, if you're going to try and use this site as a platform for preaching hate then take a hint from your comment's negative feedback: your bile isn't welcome here. Driver clearly would get his arse kicked by Ralph Macchio with two broken legs when he was aged 7. He puts stickers on his car so clearly still lives with his mum. He sulks when she doesn't serve him the correct brand of frozen pizza. He's never kissed a girl.

Could start by reporting to the Insurance database as this is accessed by insurers when renewals are due.
