The more you shout, swear and point, the more potential ammunition you give them in court. That's why it's best to use a horn and not stop unless you absolutely have to. Some bat-shit crazy people on the roads many of whom see cyclists as easy targets. I have been attacked myself not just with cars but also fists - and not just car drivers. The way I see it if they are going to attack then you need to take reasonable measures to avoid it because when that is no longer an option it's a case of you or them and you do whatever it takes to protect yourself, get out of harm's way, and call the police. Don't go looking for trouble but know how to deal with it if trouble finds you. It will keep you alive hopefully and keep you out of jail.
This is just my opinion. Each person has their own way of dealing with things.

Do not stop for people like this. It's his problem, not your's. Find a busy area with CCTV and ignore him. If he stops/touches/assaults you, knock his teeth into yesterday, then file an assault charge against him.
I am not a violent person and I do not go out looking for trouble, but people like him only seem to understand one language and nobody should take chances on his account. For all you know he could have had a weapon or weapons.
Seems he's already committed several offenses in this video and will only make matters worse for him if he proceeds.
I would also advise getting a horn. Let the horn do the talking..it makes it harder for them to try and wriggle out of anything they intend to do. And I'm saying all this as a road user, irrespective of my mode of transport. Had he done that to another driver there would have been a good chance they'd react the same way - HIS error, HIS problem. HIS responsibility to grow the hell up and act like a man instead of an over-grown brat looking for trouble.
