This morning around 10:15am my nieces car was parked outside my property and a delivery came for the bottom of the house (4 cross keys yard) i went out to put something in the bin and a man came and ask if this car parked is mine I tried to explain to him that it's my niece and he then started threatening me that he will scratch the car and he just wouldn't listen to what I was going to say and started being very aggressive. The van was able to go in and out of the drive way so wasn't so sure why he was being rude. I went over to take a photo of the registration plate and he came over to take a video of me and my family!!!! I took a video back for protection and then he started coming up to my face with his phone which I told him to go away. The other man in the van just nodded his head staring in my video he is wearing a panther logistic company shirt so he is making a bad reputation for your company which I was going to recommend to my friends. Now not anymore!!!! I have attached a photo so you know who this man is and talk to him about his behaviour. Is this how you train your staff? Threatening women like this. If he apologises I would understand and stop taking this complaint further. I have a little baby girl in my house so him shouting being aggressive outside my house for her to hear is uncalled for. Thank you for your time. Som.

They approached you, a complete stranger, and were being threatening? Then shut the door and call the police. You do not - and should not - answer to them. Have no dealings other than to tell them to leave YOUR property; that the police are on their way; that they are being filmed. Do this from a locked premises.
It is then their duty to leave as instructed - NOT your's to appease them.
