3:33 Biker you are a learner hence the L plate and to be honest on your own video buddy you do look as if you have swerved to the middle of the road, Your video will not prove anything in court, Also another thing this other driver seems to know what he is on about and the experience i believe he has will go in his favour, The only part i do not agree with the other drivers action is the way he swerved into you as to making you stop, In future use your mirrors buddy as i could see from your footage that you swerved across to the middle of the road as i could esily see that motor behind you so whats your own excuse

Just watched the last few minutes

This is why the police piss me off so much. Had the biker been injured then the police would be involved but for me it's to late then you f*cking pieces of sh*t

Your job as a police officer/police force is to protect the public and you've failed, failed miserably, in this instance.

Had it been a BBC Radio Presenter who had the tools/position to ensure the problem was fixed you would of stepped in but no it's just a member of Joe Public as that's why many think the police are a waste of space.

I reported with video evidence of a driver using his mobile. Notts Police first response "They don't accept dashcam evidence and the quality on the site wasn't good enough.

Second response (call) was an apology "they" didn't know that they could now use video evidence.

An email as gone off with threats to contact the media, the Commisioner (Paddy Tipping) and Chief Constable Giles York of the National Police Chiefs’ Council who said
“Whenever a member of the public witnesses or records a video of an offence, we would encourage that person to bring the evidence forward to police to investigate. With motoring offences, videos filmed from dashboard-mounted cameras are admissible as evidence, assuming that the quality is good and the evidence can be corroborated,”

This biker has video evidence of dangerous overtake causing an accident. It's a Road Traffic Offence and should be dealt with in the proper manner not fobbing off the rider with some lame excuse.

If it was me riding I'd be making an official complaint and passing the evidence onto as many departments/officials as possible including the Police Commisioner, local councillor and any media

The minimum punishment should be a years ban and forced to take an advanced driving test and not a allowed to drive until you pass it.

00:22. What the fuck dude? The driver is on the right..just because you can see the people crossing, doesn't mean they can. But they may have seen them, and stayed right as long as possible so as not to cut into your path.

You are then weaving in and out, confusing everyone. They cautiously avoid the people crossing and again, do not cut into your path as you are directly by them despite the obvious hazard of both the car and people crossing.

You then go into rage mode, sticking the finger up? Fucking chill out..if you're getting so angry over this then you're your own worst enemy.

I drive, cycle and ride a motorbike and it is very easy to get pissed off but at the end of the day you need to remain focused. If you get angry over every little thing however minor then you'll just make yourself ill with stress and no doubt make other people pissed off with the attitude you portray. Just cool it and give a little..you'd be amazed how it can turn things around. Peace.
