Erratic old moron, rolling out of a car park without checking for oncoming traffic because they were distracted by some road works. Continued to roll along, straddling both lanes as they tried to figure out if they wanted left or right, finally committed to left lane only to suddenly swerve right (with no indication) once traffic began to move past them.
Then they spiked their brakes coming up to a junction, for a zebra crossing that they hadn't seen pedestrians at, followed by shooting off to try and cut off some traffic entering the junction from the other side!
Seriously reckless and dangerous behaviour.
