What's wrong with that?? UPS drivers always drive with their doors open!
The reason is so when they stop, they grab their parcel from the back and jump out of the open door to make deliveries quicker. Why do you think the cab of a UPS van is so tall? It's so they can stand up in it and walk through the door directly into the back of the van from the front cab to get the parcel.
Why do postmen wear shorts in the rain? So they don't have to drive around wearing wet trousers. They simply get in their vans, dry their legs off and that's it!
There is logic to most things.
I suppose you're the type of person that would report every type of convertible car because "it doesn't have a roof"

I sometimes see this from UPS drivers and to be honest those vans are way too hot inside, no risk to other motors or drivers only the occasional lost package perhaps
