Don't stop. Don't talk to them. Give them nothing. Stay on the main road/footpath. Alleys seldom have witnesses. The more you ignore pricks on the road, the worse it gets for them to try and justify their aggression in a court of law. This individual driving the van deserves to lose their license in my opinion. The weaving all over the place as you put it is just him peddling, and because the handlebars are so close to the camera it give the impression the bike is wider than it actually is plus amplifying the weaving. In reality the bike would be going in a near straight line

False. You can see in the video, the cyclist maintained a fairly consistent position. Even if they were as you falsely claim, weaving all over the place, that would be even MORE reason for the driver to stay back. The video clearly shows the van trying to occupy the SAME lane, in doing so being TOO close.
The use of the horn is also an offience, just like the threats and any attempt to throw an item at the cyclist - both things you failed to mention. How convenient.
