This car has at least two illegal modifications, which the owner has unlikely reported to his insurance company, voiding the insurance.
1) Exhaust much louder than one fitted with vehicle.
2) Rear lights modified so they have a much smaller, dimmer, glow.
Not to mention the ridiculous stickers on the thing. You know this devalues vehicles, right? Because nobody wants to be seen like that?
Additionally tailgates, and excessively speeds, but then, that's to be expected from someone like that.
