Parked on pavement in Farnham at junction. Completely blocked the width of the pavement forcing buggy and wheelchair users to go in the road to get around them. All to avoid parking on double yellows on a junction. Selfish.

God it makes your blood boil. Typical Range Rover "I am superior to everyone else" attitude.

They are still parked on double yellows. Double yellows apply to the carriageway, footpath and verge right up to the boundary of the property.
