So by now you can see there no law requiring anyone to own a TV license. Neither is there are law stating you have to have any dealings with TV licensing. These sales-people have no more authority than the milk-man and the entity they collect on behalf of, the BBC, is a corporate entity. Simply shut the door in their face unless they have a court order. Do not enter into any kind of dialogue, in any capacity. Shred their threat letters. Under no circumstance ring them up. They only means by which they can find you culpable is you by you letting them know who you are, and what your viewing habits are.

Pay your tv licence you prat like the rest of us law abiding people, You know i had a neighbour that did the same as you for over 10 years and refused to pay for his tv licence and always told the tv licence people he never even had a tv, Then the biggest bag of shit fell on his own head, I will explain briefly so i wont get visitors to this site bored lets just say
Like i said he refused for 10 years to pay, Late last year 2016 he and his scruffy family decided to do a video blog on youtube all about DIY and the likes, He uploaded videos of over 10 years of doing these diy jobs to his home and he had a lot of subscribers
The thing he forgot was while he had recorded these videos he had captured his tv set in every video bar a few that he had recorded in the garden, Anyway someone from our street informed the BBC and told them to go onto youtube and watch his videos and especially told them to look out for the TV
3 weeks later a council worker turned up to do an electrical repair to his home and whilst he was chatting away he failed to see the BBC licence guy looking through his window, Maybe it was wrong i never know, But this guy was so pissed to see this BBC guy that he ran out and pushed the guy into the garden
This was witnessed by the council electrician and dually reported the incident to police whom later arrested this scruff and done him for assault, He then finally got his dues for the past 10 years of dodging his tv licence and was fined the max the courts could give him at the time
He now pays to watch tv these days and thats when he finds time of doing unpaid work as part of his charge from the courts
Guess where he does this work, Yeah at his local BBC studio garden
Now thats justice, pay for your tv licence
