Now I’m no expert, I cannot personally drive, nor do I frequent Waitrose. However; I am certain that this car is not parked in a designated parking space (as shown in the photo attached) I witnessed the driver leave his shopping under the canopy, and then back up his car toward it, rather than walking his shopping to his car, as any sane individual would do. Not sure a man with this level of cognitive dysfunction should be allowed on the roads, would recommend psychiatric evaluation.
