I am the person who commented as of 2016-11-30 03:19:40. In view of the footage shown I feel I stand corrected and that there is cause for concern regarding the person shown driving said registration. I would also suggest showing footage at least 2 mins prior to the clip shown, all unedited because should the police ever take it seriously they would probably ask the same. Idiotic driving.
