In less than 1.5 seconds the rider emerged from the driver's blind spot. I think both driver and rider should have moved forward more cautiously..

Maybe slow down a bit and use better hazard perception.. the two often go hand-in-hand. That and not yelling profanity. Yes, it was their error, but you also need to stay in control, composed. Have a good ride dude.

Yes he has a learners plate but you are too stupid to notice it
Yes he as filtering but you are too stupid to realise that that is legal
Yes he as travelling faster that the cars stuck in a traffic jam because he's filtering (see above)
No he wasn't speeding but because you are too stupid you didn't notice the max speed (60mph for single carriageway) sign at the beginning
You don't mention the bikers ability to react quickly enough to prevent an accident because.... you are too stupid

Car should have checked mirrors before pulling out yes, but you can see the car indicating for 3 seconds in the video. The biker needs to open his eyes and slow down a bit
