Driving 70mph on M25 and texting while holding phone in 2 hands?!?! I honked to make him aware of stopping traffic in front of him... he then started to calling me names and making different gestures with his hands. He overtook me and cut in front of me while braking, nearly caused an accident on the busy motorway. Has to be taken of the road as one day someone will be hurt because of this person.

Amazing that this bloke was caught on camera on two separate occasions acting like a bully. How many other times has he been involved in road rage where no dash cams were present. I hope the uploaders of these videos have reported him to the police.

What Rex said. The moment he laid his hands on you is the moment you defend yourself - it won't be you in court, not as long as you drop the so-and-so and make your way to a safer area. I've had to do this myself before whilst commuting and it wasn't me who the police wanted to arrest. Some people are just violent thugs who cannot be reasoned with, and only understand one language. So be it. Don't become the aggressor, but when you have no other choice - end it.

I know you've been busy these past few days and our hearts go out to you, your family and friends but could you please arrest this dangerous driver and get him removed from our roads?
It's not the first time - just look at the evidence. He has no concern for any road users and has threatened violence whilst also claiming to be a police officer.
Chasing a scooter rider at speed in a busy road, close passing other cars whilst overtaking another parked vehicle then threatening the scooter rider with a spanner
And there's more
Failing to give way, brake checking (dangerous especially to a cyclist) then what appears to be threatening (aggression) and possible assault.
It's disgusting - nobody needs this unacceptable human behavior whilst we all suffer like you with loss and threats to life.
I don't have access to twitter or facebook but if I did I would surely post there but your online reporting is not so easy to complete and I'm only a concerned individual not the victim(s).
