Driver has fragile ego.
Dawdles at 60 in the second lane on a dual carriageway unaware of cars behind.
One flashes them, they then move over but for some reason they put their foot down, followed that car off at the next exit, and try to bully them on the roundabout.
Doesn't seem to have worked as the other car held their line.
Maybe just keep awake?
