I'm sad to hear that. I know that horrible feeling when you discover something like this. Do report it to the police because they may have other intelligence on this vehicle. Even if they didn't have anything to do with your theft they could still have been committing other crimes. What area was this? Check if there was any CCTV around even if it doesn't cover your van it could have caught the culprits passing. Hope you find the twats that did this and get your tools back.

If you see this van be carefull of your tools, just had my van turned over and pulled two chaps over who were very calm when i questioned them, but would not let me look in the back of their van.
