Around 7am on 1st Dec 2016 M11 southbound.
Vehicle pulled out in front of me from inside lane in heavy traffic without indicating and with around 3 metres to spare, causing me to brake heavily. I flashed him and he proceeded to slow down, I pulled into the outside lane and he repeated the manoeuvre.
Very dangerous and inconsiderate driving with little respect for either his own or other people's safety.
