If it was give way there would be suitable signage - there was no such signeage. The black car cut the cam car up, almost taking out their front side. The black car was being driven by an impatient asshole who thinks the rules don't apply to them. The black car driver deserved to hit the other car and see their insurance premium go up..maybe then it will sink in: don't be a cunt all your life.

The place has signs saying 10mph. The Focus looked like they were doing about that.
