Until the condition of that road can be verified I would say there's no way on earth you'd get me cycling along the same path as that shown. It's an accident waiting to happen. Anyone flying over the brow of that hill is simply not going to stop..I wonder what the accident statistics are like for that stretch.

Does this guy know how to drive. There is a junction and also that bike or whoever was recording. Was on a main road and that driver was ment to stop and wait until there is NO trafic. But simply this guy crossed the wrong line. And guys this is another lesson if you think your flashy in your car and can just go speeding you MUST think before you act.

The more I watch this the more I come to that conclusion. The car comes literally flying over the brow of the hill, there is no sign of heavy braking. I also feel an angel is up there somewhere, watching over the cyclist because just one second later and that would have been it..

To the anonymous person who left a comment about window tints... Yes front windows can be tinted by no more than 30% but many cars come from the factory with front windows tinted to the maximum level already. You just may not notice because they are tinted green, not black. But anyway it's not really relevant because the car in this video clearly has illegally tinted windows at the front. If they were legal, we would be able to see the driver through the glass.

I know that road - at the top of a hill - there's no way he could have seen what's coming - could have easily been a lorry he near missed! You'd *have* to stop at the top to be able to see what's coming.

Actually 'Shocked', it is not illegal to tint the front windows. 70% of light must pass through the front windows. So they can be tinted, but not too much

According to the YouTube video description, this incident happened in Greenfield, Manchester, UK on 9 November 2016.
Also, the car has tinted windows at the front which is illegal (only the back windows can be blacked out).
