Jeremy you can only act on fact, not on speculation. As far as I am aware there is low law against touting for business. I am not against you, I detest criminals who burgle houses and commit other crimes, but I also feel I have a moral obligation to treat all people fairly unless it has been proven they're criminals, or there is a very high probability. Did you perhaps get the opportunity to speak with any of the residents you allege were approached? Thanks for doing your bit in looking out for others - please keep us posted :)

Vehicle was seen in the Town of Achim, Germany. It was spotted, driving through the town and ask the local residents at their Houses to Repair or Clean the roof of the House. This is probably a way to do burglary or some other crime actions like robbery.
