Should have called police immediately if it was that bad.

My partner is disabled (wheelchair confined) and she still manages to drive fine with her adapted car in a straight line...

This idiot was driving from Warwick, through Leek Wootton and into Kenilworth (at which point our paths diverged). Couldn't drive in a straight line. He kept veering off to the left, and at one point mounted the pavement on a 50MPH stretch of road whilst going at full speed, not far from where a pedestrian was walking. Rarely seen such reckless driving, especially at 9AM in the morning. Had a Baby on Board sticker in back window, feel sorry for the child. Seemed like driver was drunk, had some sort of disability, or at very least VERY distracted - perhaps by child, perhaps on phone. If disability, you shouldn't be driving. If drunk or distracted - totally avoidable and irresponsible. Get off the road!

So nice of you to compare disability with being drunk or distracted.
