Looks like the cam car flashed his lights at the Ford for overtaking him 'safely'.

I can't see anything wrong with the overtake but if the driver reacts like that when someone flashes him, he needs to be sectioned.

Happened Sep 2016 but only just published - needs media attention IMHO (I don't have twitter or facebook but if you to feel the same please make viral if poss)

Shame the scumbag has got rid of their car - now we'll have to put up with this scumbag until someone identifies their latest regd/vehicle

Shame on the Crown Prosecution Service for not wanting to prosecute - I hope this scumbag causes damage to everyone of your own vehicles so you get to learn a hard lesson.

How dare you (the Crown Prosecution Service) decide theirs no action required when clearly this scumbag is a danger and needs to be taken off our roads indefinitely - we have enough issues to contend with

ARNOLD CLARK

Be very careful before deciding to buy a car from this dealership as you may end up paying a lot more than you bargained for, Make sure you read all the small print as this company have an uncanny way of screwing you out of your hard earned cash, You may think that you are only buying a motor from them on HP but think before signing any paperwork that they give you as you will no doubt be signing up for something else that was not mentioned to you at the time of sale or it may have come up in a conversation with the salesperson about what other customers have bought

1st.. You look at the cars and you decide that ones for me and the salesperson is on your back within seconds and tells you he or she can give you a great offer on that motor and they will throw in a few extras

2nd.. They eventually get you into their little corner of the dealership room and start taking details from you and thats the first mistake we all make when we are looking for a new car as now they have you on first name turns and thats how they so called befriend you and like any good angler they will slowly reel you in until submittal

3rd.. They now ask if you have an old motor and you say yes and again they promise you another fantastic deal as part ex and again they will say lets see what we can offer you and proceed to ask what is your monthly budget as to paying for a new car, They are not intrested in the price of the car just what you can pay per month

4th.. After getting ALL your details and i mean ALL your details they throw you into the system to see if you will get accepted and if you are ok on the credit score then hey they sold you that car but now comes the unexplained parts that they never tell you about after the deal is done, They tell you that a service cover will save you a fortune in the long run if anything goes wrong with your new car as well as explaining that everyone has GAP insurance in case you lose your job etc, Then follows the scarey stories of people having to cough up thousands of pounds due to them not having either cover and after all that they tell you dont worry we can sort that out for you

5th.. Congratulations you have now bought your new car, So what about that scarey story they just told you, Dont worry they already covered you as its in the price of the finance, Can't remember ever saying yes to the deal well congratulations neither do a lot of other customers, But they tell you that you signed the paperwork so its all legally binding

6th.. Now another shocker as they ask how would you like to pay for your GAP insurance, In one cash payment or Direct Debit, Still a little confused, Well let the salesperson explain it to you as it wont take long, Yes sir the GAP insurance that you signed up for when signing the financial agreement?

Now all is done and you get into your new so called shiny new motor and you discover that the petrol is in the red and beeps to warn you to refill your tank and then you look at your dash and see that your new motor has 70 miles on the clock and when you ask the salesperson why this is saying 70 miles on the clock he will tell you its normal as when the car in made they either test drive them around for a few miles or its giving a factory tested run or some other pathetic excuse, Truth is and they will always deny is that they use these cars for their own personal use IE to run to a shop for their dinner or pick up something they ordered, You get what i mean!, Either way you are not the first person to drive your so called brand new car, Lets say you go to Currys to buy a new toaster and when you get home there are breadcrumbs inside the toaster and you question the salesperson and they explain that the makers try them out first, Tell me would you still buy that toaster.. I THINK! NOT..

Now back to the cons of these so called agreements, If you were not aware of signing up for a service plan and you wish to cancel as wish for a refund then you are told Sorry you signed up for it and its not refundable or you decide to exchange your car for a smaller or bigger one the answer is the same but this time they tell you its not transferable, So a question comes to mind, If you have paid x amount of pounds for a product and that product is never used then where does that cash go, If these so called dealerships take that cash and dont provide the goods then where the hell does this money go, Oh yeah in the back pockets of these greedy dealers and what will the tax man say as they are charging you VAT for nothing (0) Zero Nil Zilch

Here is one thing you can do, Give the dealership a call and tell them of your concerns and if they tell you sorry you signed up for the deal then expalin to them that you were CONNED into that deal without your knowledge as everything was rushed by the salesperson and demand a refund or at least half of what was paid if its been over a period of time 1 year etc, ayChances are they may so No then you pull out your ace card and tell them you have a 3rd party interested in taking on your case and that you will also make a claim in the small claims court and also explain even if you do not win at least you have got their name into the court room and most of the time these cases are made public and no company wants for their so called good name to be dragged through the dirt do they!.. Chances are they will either come up trumps for you with a full refund or at least half of whatever you paid

Dont be put off by them or even be threatened by them as they have a lot more to lose than you as dont forget you have already paid up havent you for that service that you never knew you had signed up for, So whats stopping you

Finally the reason i have uploaded this advice is to warn others before signing up for a deal that will last for at least 5 years and at a price that will end up costing you more in the long run, Lets say my bridges have been burnt a few times over the years, Not anymore as its time to fight back and by saying fighting back i mean helping you the innocent party in all this

Quote the video description:

'Published on 24 Mar 2017
TERRIFYING footage shows a road rage driver doing a U-turn on a busy A-road before coming back on the wrong side and RAMMING a car carrying a dad and two young children.

Moments earlier the driver aggressively overtook the family and slammed on the brakes just feet in front, forcing the dad to make an emergency stop.

ad Jonathan Steward said his son and daughter had been “traumatised” by the ordeal on the A140 between Diss and Norwich, Norfolk.

His nine-year-old daughter was in the front passenger seat and would have been clearly visible to the other motorist as he rammed them head-on.

His son, 13, was in the back.

Footage from a Nextbase dashcam shows the black Ford zoom past before suddenly cutting in just in front and braking hard on the wet road.

Mr Steward was able to slow down and stop in time.

The Ford then sits stationary for more than a minute with its hazard lights on, bringing rush hour traffic to a standstill.

Finally the driver speeds away and out of sight round a bend, but later the camera shows the black motor turning from a layby and coming back towards the family.

Terrifyingly the Ford veers onto the wrong side of the road so the two vehicles are on course for a head-on crash.

Again Mr Steward brings his car to a halt – but the Ford driver continues and ploughs into the front of the family vehicle at low speed.

And the road rage maniac clips their car a second time as he drives away.

Mr Steward said: “This was a terrifying ordeal from the start.

“I’m not sure exactly what was wrong with the driver or why they tried to ram us but it’s scary to think motorists like this are out there on UK roads.

“We were all hugely nervous that the car would return and he would do something else that could harm us.

“Both my kids have been left totally traumatised by the whole thing, as have I, and have now become really nervous whenever we have to go on a car journey.”

He also claims that before the footage begins, the same Ford driver had tried to clip their car on a roundabout and make it spin out of control.

Mr Steward handed video of last September’s incident to police.

Norfolk Constabulary said it sent a file to the Crown Prosecution Service, which decided to take no action.

The case is now being reviewed after an appeal, according to reports.

We have contacted the CPS for a comment.'

Yes it would need interesting to see what happened beforehand but at the end of the day it doesn't matter because there is no excuse for ramming another vehicle like that.

Would like to see the footage leading up to this incident but I can't imagine the camera car could have done anything to warrant what that nutcase did.

Must have been provocation prior to this. There was a reason. Camera car did something wrong and the other car was trying to stop him to make the roads safer. Show us the full footage then we can judge.

Can't believe the CPS failed to prosecute this psychopath for his road rage.

He was in such a hurry that he decided to overtake but then had the time to act like a maniac.

Loonies like this shouldn't be allowed on the road. Shame on the CPS.
