This car's tax ran out in December 2017 and MOT in March 2018. Should have called police .. then the driver would have been charged with driving without an MOT and car tax

Just because someone's about to cut you up, and doesn't, doesn't mean you go and do what this biker did. If he's got balls, why doesn't he back it up instead of mashjing the mirror and aacting calm

I really don't see what wrong the motorcyclist did? OK maybe the speed was excessive and his reaction should not have been as explosive - that only escalates the situation. A calmer approach never only breeds anger. But the driver neglected to look in the mirror and was about to cut him up. I don't know if the driver even indicated. Maybe some of it is down to his ethnicity? Have you seen what a total lack of any rules and regulations does to the traffic flow in India? Carnage! Sanjeev Bhaskar on Top Gear said it right. At night you don't know if it is a car or two bikes tied together carrying a wardrobe! It has been like that there for years. Maybe he has that mentality. Because he had that style drilled into him by his parents. Whatever the reason there was no excuse for it.

Oh bloody blimey.
Agreed, the biker shouldn't have done that but using a car as a weapon is out of order. The biker should pay for the mirror repair ( which probably just pushed back into place) and the driver should pay for all other repairs of bike and car. Hopefully he won't get insured again.
