Uses all three of his brain cells to figure out new and exciting ways to drive like a moron.

First appeared in Sandycroft, pulled out without looking left, drove over the curb, got to the junction of the main road, and stopped a car length back so I was stuck next to a parked car. Then pulled out in front of a lorry, and got the lights and horn. I pulled out behind the lorry, unfortunately, ended up behind him again a few miles later.

At the Queensferry roundabout, there was quite a bit of traffic, so he decided to block the junction so no one could go right around the roundabout.

Then five minutes later once the traffic had cleared, for whatever reason, I cannot find a rational thought in this action. He turned left the wrong way up the slip road so he could pull up sideways behind a car on the slip road. Ended up 1/3 in the other lane so traffic had to swerve around him. Then when the traffic started moving he proceed through a red light to maintain his position behind the merc.

A minute later, while traveling at 30 miles per hour, without warning, he turned right by swerving to the left side of the lane, then swerving right causing his tires to screech.

This guy seems like he is desperately trying not to seem drunk, but failing miserably.
