Apparently this an update from the original YT video. Quite shocking to say the least, don't you think?

I called the police non emergency number today and unfortunately there was not much that they could do since the speeding that occurred was not recorded by a police speeding radar. Basically they cannot prove that they was speeding without physical evidence. They did appreciate me taking my time to call and recommended I call the number on the vehicle.
So I did.
I call the number and a man picks up the phone. I ask if it's Anglian Paving and it is; I tell him that I want to report one of their vehicles and so he asks me a couple of questions (date/time/plate/location and what the driver looked like). He then tells me that is was himself that was driving and begins to argue with me that it was not illegal if the police cannot do anything about it. I told him about how he ignored multiple road signs and how he could have hit someone at the crossing, but he kept arguing back. I just hung up. I did not want to argue, just report him.
In order to report it (show it) to the police you need the 30 seconds before and after the incident which I no longer have since it's been recorded over and this was the start of a clip (since it records in 3 minute segments). It's a shame but there really is not much I can do
I'm not sure what else I can do, so if anyone had any recommendations, please let me know."

Ring the number and pretend you're interested in having some paving done. Ring from a screened number. Get the person's name and business details. Then just hang up :)
