Sat with his mobile up to his ear for approximately 5 miles before tailgating me, pulling out to overtake into oncoming traffic at 60mph and then almost immediately pulled back in behind me when he realized his mistake. Then proceeded to tailgate me so close that I couldn't even see his back bumper in my rearview mirror, only his windshield. Overtook me at approximately 60mph in a 30mph zone about half a mile further on, cutting me up as he sped onto the roundabout ahead, then slammed his brakes on to come to a complete halt in the live lane. As I drove past him, he then kicked my car (thankfully no damage). Absolutely waste of oxygen. Come across him a couple more times since - once when I was on a bicycle and he performed a dangerous overtake on a blind bend, once more into oncoming traffic causing him to swerve back towards me as he moved past. The other time I drove past him in the opposite direction - once again on his phone whilst driving. Absolutely pathetic example of a human being. No excuse for any of his driving other than he is obviously a piece of scum.
