I've was driving my car in Ormskirk and this car nearly sideswiped me, I beeped my horn and he responded by becoming very aggressive. As I followed this car back to Southport he was driving at excessive speed, overtaking multiple vehicles in one go; approaching blind bends and on solid white lines......the worst part is that the vehicle has L plates, it's potentially a learner driver and if not the full licence holder is not fit to be teaching anything!!! Registration has been handed to police, I also have a dash cam. Let's see if it caught anything!!!
