Caught this dimmock yesterday. Not much back story; it's a motorway, we're about to take the exit, it's not a 'smart'-road and the hard shoulder is never used as a congestion lane to my knowledge. Camera makes objects look a little further away than they really are but yeah it was pretty close. Cuts across three lanes at at least 70mph I reckon, at least he had that signal on mind.
