What you see is an everyday ever increasing lack of responsibility and/or forward planning.
These scum don't give a fuck about your safety and only when they've killed/badly injured someone and taken before the courts will their pathetic "solicitor enforced" sorrow and apology been shown to the judge and jury but as soon as they get their wrists slapped they'll be back on the streets doing the exact same shit to their next victim...because that's what you are a victim....of dangerous driving but neither the police, the CPS or the justice system will take proacttive action until they have injured/killed someone.
