Spotted this prick dealing drugs from his car on a few occasions in Pype Hayes, Birmingham. He's Asian in case anyone wanted to know.
Pulls up, random guy jumps in the back of his car, then a minute later exits the vehicle while said car drives off. Happened 3 times now, no coincidence.
