This same car drove erratically on a quiet road over taking 4 cars nearly causing a near miss on the other side . He then chucked an empty bottle out of his window that hit the car directly behind him. Disgrace of a driver

Black Range Rover. He/She was infront of us driving along the M5 and began drifting drifting between lanes taking up two lanes. Flashed lights and driver returned to outside lane. Same thing happened multiple times as if the driver was falling asleep/distracted. Driver entually sped off at well over 100mph. Very dangerous driver!
