This guy should not be driving. He is a danger to himself and others. Cannot believe he was trying to over-take there. Blind bend + narrow road + oncoming traffic + other traffic on the same side (cyclists) + 20 mph limit + bright sign warning of a sharp bend.
The cyclist wasn't all over the place and even if they were in secondary position, it still wouldn't have been safe to over-take. If they were all over the place then that would be even more reason to stay back. Something this entitled person clearly had no intention of doing.
In fact it looks like his arrogant sense of entitlement is going is gonna kill someone if he doesn't get an education and learn some manners. Oh, and driver. The cyclist is entitled to use the full lane. You are not entitled to force them off the road just because you can't see past the end of your nose. Don't like it? Complain to the police. Ask a driving instructor. In fact the police might take a particular interest in your driving and your lying attitude.
